Setting Status when Ticket is Closed

Customers have the ability to mark their tickets as closed from within DeskDirector Portal.


This can be found on the Admin Console in the following location: System > Feature Configuration > Tickets Tab > Close ticket status name

Helpful Tips
  • Most companies will configure this as their standard "Closed" status.
  • An alternative is to create another Closed status on your PSA "Closed by Customer". This allows you to search which tickets have been previously closed by your customers.
