Customer Closed Tickets.
Customers have the ability to mark their tickets as closed from within DD Portal.
This can be found on the Admin Console in the following location:
SYSTEM > GENERAL CONFIGURATION > FEATURES > "Status that will be used when customer close ticket"
- Most companies will configure this as their standard "Closed" status.
- An alternative is to create another Closed status on your PSA "Closed by Customer". This allows you to search which tickets have been previously closed by your customers.
