If you would like to submit a new feature request, please visit our support portal and raise a ticket with us. We're always happy to consider new feature requests.

We should note, however, that we do receive a lot of feature requests from our clients, and while we wish we could implement them all, we can't promise when or if certain features will be added. For more on integration-specific feature requests, please see our integration FAQ.

We want to make sure that we are always improving DeskDirector! Here's how you can stay informed about these updates and how you can suggest new ideas yourself.

  1. Head to the releases section of the Admin Portal to see the changelog for the Admin Portal, Client Portal, Tech Portal, and Server (aka the DD service).
