How do I add Tech Members/Contacts/Companies to my DeskDirector instance?

For DeskDirector instances that are PSA-reliant (Connectwise or Autotask), we sync these entities from the PSA itself. This means that tech members/resources, contacts, companies are not added from our end, but from the PSA.

Any new members/resources, contacts, companies added from the PSA will just then be sync'd over to your DeskDirector instances.

For contacts, we do have a separate automatic contact creation logic as another option to add contacts.
