Cascading Override
The Cascading Override approach is used in several aspects in DeskDirector's configuration.
This approach is defined that any global configuration is overridden by company level configuration, which itself will be overridden further by contact level configuration. This enables you to define specific configuration, finetuned to each company or contact that is part of your DeskDirector instance.
This is evident when setting up permissions or creating menus for your DeskDirector instance.
