Invoices Access in DeskDirector

This global setting will only appear for ConnectWise and not on Autotask instances

​Invoices in DeskDirector work straight out-of-the box for ConnectWise users. You can access this under under Portal > Settings > Invoices.

On this page, you can select which invoices statuses you want to appear globally for all contacts under your DeskDirector instance. Any settings in this are overridden by settings for specific companies (under Portal > Companies > "Company Name" > Invoices) or contacts (under Portal > Contacts > "Contact Name" > Invoices).
