"Pre-Ticket Chat" Feature

Pre-Ticket chat is a way for users to chat to your technicians, without requiring them to create a ticket first.

They will be asked for a short description of their problem. Then we will automatically create a ticket behind the scenes and launch them directly into a chat.

This feature can be turned on/off at a global level. See Getting Started with Talk for more information.

The Request Support page will contain an extra "Chat to a Technician" option

The user will be asked for a brief description of their problem

A new chat session will be automatically created for them

And also a new ticket for the issue
