Filtering Companies to Manage
As the number of companies you handle grow, managing which companies have specific configuration could get overwhelming.
To make it easier for you to manage which companies do/don't have specific configurations, DeskDirector uses tags and configuration filters. You can access these under Portal > Companies > Show advanced options
The screengrab above shows how tags and configuration filters can be used to shows which companies have specific configuration. This makes it easier to manage permissions/configurations for specific companies.
