PSA Integration (ConnectWise/Autotask)
The PSA Integration section is what connects your DeskDirector instance to DeskDirector/ConnectWise.
Autotask Integration
For Autotask you need to create an API resource and add it to your admin console under System > PSA Integration. You will need to enter your API resource's username and password to integrate Autotask into DeskDirector. Check this guide on how to create an integrator API resource in Autotask.
ConnectWise Integration
For ConnectWise, you need to have both types of integrator credentials entered into your admin console under System > PSA Integration. You can check this guide on how to create a ConnectWise RESTful API key.
