Contact Authentication Audit Log

For every contact authentication event DeskDirector  logs the following

  • time and date
  • authentication method
  • authentication ID
  • outcome (success/failure)
  • IP address (when available)

For each event you can see metadata appropriate to the  authentication method so that the log can be cross referenced with, for example, Azure AD logs

Contact Auth logs are presented in the Portal/Audit Auth Logs where you can see all the contact authentication events in the system.

You can filter for individual contacts or any of the following auth  events:
