Use our Support Portal to update/see progress on yoru ticket

  • An account and ticket will be created in our ticketing system automatically when we receive your email.
  • You will be able to log in and update and/or see progress on your ticket at htts://support.deskdirector.com (just use the email account you used to authenticated)

NOTES:

  1. In order to use the DeskDirector for Microsoft Teams app, users must have an active DeskDirector account.
  2. Please use your corporate email address. These e-mail domains (and similar) will not be accepted
    1. *.Gmail.com
    2. *outlook.com
    3. *.yahoo.com
    4. *.hotmail.com
