What's new with this new UI?

The new UI brings a cleaner, simpler interface for your users to submit tickets.

It also supports the new "Pre-Ticket Chat" Feature for those of you who have DD Chat.

Give your users the ability to choose between creating a new ticket or having a quick chat

Chat directly to a technician with the Pre-Ticket Chat feature

A new and improved UI to navigate the various request types available

A "Something Else" option is available for your users in case they can't find what they are looking for.

This will submit the ticket to your Default Board & Default Status.
