Performance Issues with DeskDirector and DFS

If you are using Distributed File System (DFS) and you have your user's appdata folders redirected to a DFS share you will need to exclude the DeskDirector log file from DFS replication. The DeskDirector log file updates every couple of minutes (sometimes much more frequently) and if DFS is replicating this file for all users it will cause a huge performance hit on your system.

Thank you to Sebastian Igreti from TechMD for bringing this to our attention and providing the solution. What a guy!

How did we do?
