Troubleshooting Permissions & Access Issues

Feature Access

Verify if Company or Contact Access Rights

Companies and Contacts on your permissions configuration. If users from your company are unable to access a board or feature, this is where you'll want to start narrowing down on why (starting at the company level). Check to make sure the company doesn't have an incorrect override set or confirm whether the company needs and override of your global settings.

You'll want to be familiar with cascading override as well!
Verify Service Catalogue

Next thing to check if your company is missing access to a Service Type is to review the Service Group assigned to the Company for their Service Catalogue. If the Service Type is missing from their Service Group, make sure to add that.
