Viewing Closed Tickets in the Client Console

Set the portal option to allow the viewing of Closed Tickets

Set the portal option to allow the viewing of Closed Tickets
  • Go to Setup tables > Portal Configuration > (Portal Name) > Service Setup
  • For some of you this may be set to "Do not display closed" which means that your customers will not be able to see this in the DeskDirector Client
  • Set this to All Closed or one of the other options to limit by the number of days
