Contact vs Ticket Contact

The difference between Contact variables (e.g. [contactfirstname]) and Ticket Contact variables (e.g. [ticketcontactfirstname]) is that the Ticket Contact always relates to the contact assigned to the ticket. Whereas Contact variables can change based on the contact currently in the session.

An exmaple of this is when you might have a session that started with a chat from a company's primary contact. They may be chatting about a ticket that they are not the assigned contact on.

In this case the [contactfirstname] might be John while the [ticketcontactfirstname] is Mary.
