How to remove the "View Ticket" link from emails in ConnectWise

Once you have DeskDirector deployed to your clients if makes sense to remove the "View Ticket" link ConnectWise adds to the bottom of all outbound ticket emails.

This article explains how to do this.

1. In ConnectWise go to System > My Company

2. Scroll to near the bottom and untick "Include portal link in service ticket emails"

3. Save and that's it
